Chitra Duvedi, Founder, Enhance & Excel Chitra Duvedi is the founder and promoter of Enhance & Excel. An electrical engineer by education, she had been working with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for 24 years where at her last assignment, she was head of Pune Delivery Center. She has worked on various assignments in the areas such as business process improvement, quality system deployment and new product development including products such as ERP, Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools, compilers, language translators and operating systems.

After working as a successful leader in TCS, she had been working with Tata Management Training Center (TMTC) on leadership research program and as an adjunct faculty. With strong functional and leadership experience, she is working as a corporate leadership faculty, coach and consultant. She is a certified assessor for Workplace Big 5, and works as a facilitator & assessor for Assessment & Development Centers. She is also a certified TRIZ practitioner where she had applied TRIZ principles in energy optimization. With the base of strong domain knowledge, she had developed unique training programs based on computer based interactive simulators on key learning areas for the corporate leaders. Through Enhance & Excel, she directs all her expertise to serve the organizations achieve desired levels of development.
